Terms of Service for AI Kontroll

Welcome to AI Kontroll ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Scope of Service
   - AI Kontroll is a platform for job applicants to verify and review AI-generated content, such as text and images, and potentially earn compensation for their verification work.
   - We use a third-party ID verification service, "Evalid" at evalid.io, to confirm the identity of applicants and ensure integrity of the platform.

2. Eligibility
   - You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
   - You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and any verification processes.

3. User Data
   - By using the Service, you agree that we can process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 
   - You understand that your personal information (including name, email, nationality, and ID data) may be shared with Evalid solely for the purpose of verifying your identity. 

4. Compensation
   - The Service may offer compensation for verified tasks (e.g., reviewing AI-generated images or text). The amount and frequency of payment may vary and will be communicated to you via the platform or official emails.
   - We reserve the right to change rates, payment methods, or schedules at any time; any updates will be communicated to affected users in advance.

5. Acceptable Use
   - You agree not to misuse or exploit the Service in any way, including but not limited to:
     • Submitting false or misleading ID documents.
     • Uploading content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on any third-party rights.
     • Attempting to bypass or disable security features.
   - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property
   - All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to AI Kontroll remain our property or that of our licensors. 
   - You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
   - The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
   - We are not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification
   - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Kontroll, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Governing Law
   - These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to the Terms
   - We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, operations, or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service.
